"How long will my order take to arrive?"
Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times may take up to 4 weeks from the time of purchase, depending on the regulations of the country to which the product is being delivered. Keep in mind that our products are sent out from our main warehouse located in China, and delivery times may be impacted by circumstances outside of our control.

Because we ship directly from our partners and a lot of our products are high demand, your item(s) may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you buy different items it is possible that you will receive more than one package.

In cases where delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the warranty does not apply. Additionally, warranty coverage does not extend to situations where the parcel could not be delivered because the customer was unavailable for multiple delivery attempts or did not respond to courier calls.
